About Taylor Hallman

As a business continuation associate with Prudential Financial, Taylor Hallman of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, assists the firm in preparing for events that could possibly disrupt regular operations. He follows a stepwise process that begins with the identification of those processes that an emergency or disaster could impact. He then conducts a Business Impact Analysis and develops objectives for recovery from potential contingencies.

Mr. Hallman also contributes to the evaluation of potential impact situations and the creation of related solutions for recovery. Each solution must consider what processes are most important to recover, from a financial standpoint as well as from client and public image points of view. These functions become the priority, so that the company can recover its most crucial functions first.

A Certified Business Continuation Professional, as credentialed by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Taylor Hallman has served in his current role since 2012. He accepted the position shortly after his graduation from Washington College, where he earned a bachelor of arts in business management.
